Named from the title given by the indiginous people. Another common name is Australia Australian Wattle because the top mostly forms a mop or pendulous branches to the ground. As a member of the Citrus family I thought it appropriate to follow the Citrus pen I put on the forum last time around. It grows from South Australia through Nthn Victoria ,NSW to Queensland in the semi arid areas. The leaves are chewed to relieve toothache, the leaves are pleasant smelling as is the tree when cut. In flower the flowers smell like cat urine quite a contrast.

A small bush or tree to 10 metres. I was captivated by the grain and colour in this blank.

Peter.
