I have some of that wood that someone kindly donated, I didn't realise that's what it finishes like, as to be honest I thought it was quite dull from the outside (as it were)

If mine comes out half as good as that I'll be very pleased.

It's only the Gold kits that are the new style Grump.. If you ask them when ordering they will let you know.. Not many of the old ones left though now..
