Been getting all my chisels sharpened for Saturday as well as some blanks and finishes to do demonstrating at the English Festival as well as showing my work so if you happen to be close to Rainham in Kent try to drop in admission is free.

I was at a small demonstration recently.
I was the person who drummed up the pen turning whilst a colleague turned a couple of Corian slim lines.
Everything was going well, pens coming from him, I assembled and displayed the finished pens.
He decided to finish with an olive wood slim line.
Turning down was going well, until, "snap", I started to waffle about grain and tool catches until I saw his red face.
He had picked a pair of blanks that he hadn't glued any brass tubes in :shocking:
