Give us a ring

1 Drill 1/2 mm smaller than ring size.
2 Shape as shown to your required sizes leaving 1mm walls.
3 Part of right side then left
4 Drill wood for ring and fit acrylic to right end, part wood to width and fit lift side. these need to be a slide in fit.
5 Glue using epoxy risen not CA
6 Turn inside of ring to size and finish.
7 Turn and finish outside of ring on a Jam chuck.

For ring sizes google Wikipedia, the free encyclopaedia Ring sizes
Will show the finished ring on next thread. Hope this is of help.
