Goodbye old, hello new

This is the old. It’s cold, it’s damp and although it’s served it’s purpose, it’s time to go.


Now this turning has got a hold of me, I have built something suitable and it’s dry and warm


It’s just about finished, so I’ll be back making pens and enjoying this forum

Looking forward to seeing the inside fitted out..

I would not advise towing that down the M6 for the family holiday...

Our Australian friends maybe able to give advise on working in that manner as it’s normal for them isn’t it?

inside is just about done, but it’s full of off cuts, etc, etc, so I’ll have a tidy up and put some pics on.......... after I work out how to post them the right way up!!!

It truly is a cracking workshop, I was at Craigs yesterday picking up the lathe I bought from him, actually he let me steal it and included enough goodies to get me turning, Top shed and a Top guy
Just got the lathe into the loft, due to having a chainblock attached to the rafters, lifting it was no probs but carrying it up the loft ladder was toooooop dodgy
