I tried to make a pen from gorse wood from in front of the Bonnie Prince Charlie monument, raising of the Clans in Glenfinnan. After the gardener had cleared the site. I took the worst of the wood I was given as a trial and made a few pens. All Frankenstein in nature as I practiced turning, so not very good, but great fun.
I don’t know how to post pictures of them yet.
