Hi, Guys,
Not a distinguished-looking pen by any means but I've shown it to illustrate a wood that's new to me, and apparently from New Zealand or South America. Woody gave me this stick in a box of goodies he sent a while back, and I thought why not put it on a gunmetal Epsilon? This wood was nice to turn and finish, and is a mixture of cream and coffee swirls. I maybe should have put it on a two-barrel pen for a better affect. So now you know what I know.
If Woody has sorted himself out yet he may be able to dive into his collection of pens he's made from "Woods of the World" and no doubt be able to post an absolute blinder of a pen that he's made from this shrub!
(For some strange reason I was unable to crop and save this photograph before posting it, and I can't see any means to do so on the site. So, sorry for the waste of space!)
Bob.
