The Guinness World Record sure promotes people to do some of the stuidest things I have ever seen. Peppers are rated by heat levels known as Scoville units. Bell peppers are 0, Jalapeno 3000-5000, Habaneros 200,000-300,000. Then there are the really big guns. The Carolina Reaper is reported to be the worlds hottest pepper coming in at 1.57 MILLION Scoville units. Who in their right mind would even touch one not alone eat one? I eat hundreds of Jalapenos through out the year. I have even eaten a bite from a Habanero (never again). Meet the man that of his own free will ate 22 Carolina Reapers in 1 minute. There are 2 video clips. Make sure you watch both. This man reportedly passed out shortly after eating the peppers.

I don't think you could eat enough ice cream to make the next days toilet experience tolerable.:whistling:

I grow chilli peppers and the one's too hot to eat I mash up and leave them soaking in water for a week or so then sieve off the liquid and add more mash and new water for another week or so. The liquid is a brilliant bug repellant on other plants I grow to eat. I don't see the point in going beyond comfortable with peppers.
