Our young Vic came a calling today and spent a few hours here. had a great chat and gave him the guided tour which did not take to long, I have now got some gaps in the wood shed but I am sure I will fill them as I have still got some wood to convert.
He also left a bag of pen blanks and some pen kits thank you Vic very nice indeed and great to have a long chat in person.
It was great talking to one of our members from north of the Watford gap:wink::wink::wink:

Same sentiment here Derek I really enjoyed our get together and chat. Many thanks to your Mrs who made us lunch.
Love your storage draws for all your pen blanks and kits. Hopefully when we get back up to the Midlands I will be able to do the bowl blanks that you gave me some justice along with the hand cast pen blanks. A thoroughly enjoyable few hours

You are most welcome Vic and certainly look forward to some bowls. Now what do you leave behind the Wife, the dogs or the wood:funny:
