Heart rhythm pen in Ivory Mother of Pearl acrylic

Hi guys, this one was a request from a close friend who is a nurse, she heard of another commission I was doing with a heart rhythm pen and asked for one in Ivory Mother of Pearl. She'll be showing this off to her doctor friends and pointing them to my Esty I hope :-)
