Thank you for accepting me in this forum, please let me introduce briefly myself, my wife and I work making characters with different kinds of wood we are happy with it but also we were thinking in start a business (woodturning) so it was also a good excuse for buying a mini lathe, we just bought it some weeks ago (‘we haven’t used it yet waiting for our turning tools and accessories to be delivered) and now we have the idea of making pens we like it and think it’s going to be very nice and fun.

Thank you again for giving me the opportunity to learn from you.

Hi and welcome Michael. I don't turn many pens but do make quite a bit out of wood and now also metal. Do not be afraid to ask questions I am sure someone will be able to answer them for you and as you will learn there are many ways to do something as long as it is a safe way.
Hope you enjoy the journey of woodturning
