Guys,

I need some help do any of you know where I can source a piece of 12.5mm (well this is the drill size) brass pen tube.

The kit is PSI - but I'm having no joy finding tube - Axi only have replacement kits.

The issue was in putting the pen together the upper cap piece fractured - now I managed to get all the blank off to reuse the tube but I can't get the fitting out of the tube so will need to cut it off hence only option more tube, can anyone suggest...I can order from PSI in the US for $14 but then shipping etc.

Any ideas gratefully received.

Thanks all, so the postage from Axi was a fiver and from Beaufort a lot less, so I went with that option (and ordered two of the upper sections) and then blew it by ordering a load of other stuff too :thinks:

I guess most of you won't have this issue but just in case and to finish the thread hopefully in case any in the future does need to know...

So I can now tell you all the JR Gent upper whilst using a 12.5mm drill bit is not the same as the kit I was using and fractionally smaller than the original I had as the only way to get the bushing in was with a pen press and similarly to get it out!
So as the blank ends up being so thin I believe I'll end up with the same issue as my original when putting the actual 'cap hardware' on and split the turned cap so I will try the Pessoa as mentioned by Garno :praying:
