HELP with CIGAR PEN

I have just made my first CIGAR PEN.
I am trying to make my second one into a pencil.
I have the mechanism but haven't a clue how to assemble it
Anyone made one

Not really Glen, i don't understand how it works to be honest, hopefully someone else may be able to help .. :thinks:
