I don’t believe for one minute that your pens aren’t as good as any of the others on here.
Yes, the Walnut I have from Romania was from a tree that had partially fallen and was unsafe. They had to cut it to make it safe but left the bulk of the tree up.
I was amazed by how difficult it was to get authorisation to make it safe.
Yes, Romania is a lovely place, I always found the inhabitants far easier to get on with than the French, they get so possessive over their wine
Especially when I like wine!
