The Thuya looks superb and goes well with the Ebony, I thought rollerballs needed caps to stop them drying out. I would like to try that without a cap.
Nice to see a proper pen, even better to see two.
Very well made and well presented. lid tipped init?
I have a RB pen open in my deskset, been using it trouble free for years but it does have a Mont Blanc refill in it dunnit?
Hi Terry. the kits come from Germany, Drechseln - Drechselstube Neckarsteinach, Phil Irons was the agent, but i now get them direct from DNS. They do Pencils, Roller balls and Fountain pen. They are pricey but I get a good return no the kits. Also a lot of special drills etc needed, and a lathe with very accurate centre to centre is required. I have made approx.:pounds: 100 and have had good response and sales here in Spain, they are, I think you call them high end kits ranging from around 15 Euro to will over 100 Euro each.
