From time to time I have objects made using historic wood. I need some pens made with the teak from HMS Trincomalee combined with Royal Navy teak decking stored for the Royal Yacht. I have a variety of other products made using historic wood such as keyrings and you can see some of those objects on rasoir.uk I am always looking for ideas. I thought that the top half of the wood wood be the 1820's Trincomalee timber and the bottom half the Royal Yacht - I have condiderable amounts of other material largely metal including thin sheet metal from the Meteor jet and fabric from the Barnes Wallace airship so ideas are always welcome. I would probably put the pen in fabric from hainsworhs which would be the same red fabric as used by the Guards at Waterloo.
