you guys apply your finish, and which finish is best for easy applicaton and good durability ?

Hello Andrew, you will have many answers to this question. Myself, I use for wood five coats of Melamine lacquer wiped on with the lathe running and not running. then one top coat of Carnauba wax. For acrylics, I sand, micro mesh then apply car polish ( i think any will do. ) :thumbs::thumbs:

If you go to the top of the page and look in Tutorials then find finishes there are some in there The melamine finish is the top one

Using Mercury CA I only use one or two coats to finish mine. Thin flex and medium. Low odour and neat product.
