How to make a Polaris and a Panache look good, put them against one of these.
I believe I have found the ugliest, crapiest kit I have the good fortune to stumble upon.

When I saw these for sale I thought they looked so ugly I had to try one, it's called the oversize and believe me it is.

These are just quickly hashed together with no special woods as they will get stripped and used for something else, dunno what I can use any of these bits for.
Not even fully pressed together one em got it's toe crimped and the other crimped the belt flange, awful thin metal.
The nib is threaded internally indicating it should be with another kit and not the press fit which this is.

The 24/64ths tubing is crap as most are with a longer section at the top and not as I did the first one at the bottom.
The top hat is although huge a surprisingly good fit unlike the rest of the kit and of a reasonable standard plating wise.
The whole thing drilled and on the mandrel was heavy and cumbersome and larger than my pen mill I couldn't be arsed to square up.
Nor did I worry about the finish, just skewed em down and squirted some stuff on em.

The transmission I think is from a sierra and feels nice to turn with a Parker style refill so some good spares from the play init?
Pictured with a slimline for comparison these things are abominable monstrosities which should all be assemble and fired from torpedo tubes in my opinion.
I can safely say this is without any doubt the worst pen I have ever made, good init I found it the worst kit in the world.
Unless you know different init?

Well they could be sold as safety pens to be used as clubs or potato pens used as a dibber or a rolling pin.

Thanks for letting us know anyway Brian, I might just have to get one and have a go :funny:

I really don't know why they put a clip on these things unless it's for a satchel cos it don't gonna go in none of my pockets.
No good as a desk pen, I can't think of anything I would use it for, No good for writing as a priest it would at first clump.
It really is so poor I don't ever want to see another one.

I just had to do it dad, when I saw them advertised I couldn't believe my luck, and he only had 3 in stock so I got them all to save another poor unsuspecting fool from the embarrassment of creating such a awful object.
Be warned these things are a health hazard, try selling them and the customer will hit you with it after they try using it.
Maybe Neil would like the last one to put across the top of his stall to attract the foolhardy, he could set it on a gantry with the right permissions and insurances.
