Nice big bit of kit. Some pens on their way?
Alan
What a wonderful thought mate, just yesterday I shelved the walking stick and sorting blanks has commenced. Been through the mangle for a while now. My toes are healing slowly after 14 mths of twice and three times a week dressings, both feet are numb and just now with the addition of another drug the excess swelling at the ankles and feet has subsided.Yesterday we went to a large cemetery to get ideas for our future resting place, the monument will come from the sale of the house, the funerals are prepaid. In 2000 I said to my dearly beloved I am going in to pay for our funerals, she said oh I will be buried in Goulburn 100 km from here where she was born,I said you will be lonely cause I will be here. After thinking about it I said jump into the car and we will go to Goulburn for our block of land which we did.Happiness is a happy wife,in July our 65th Anniversary of our wedding. So turning has had to fit into many challenges.Today I showed a few treasures to a Car parts dealer they had given me a 15 ft tape measure ,some car wash and a metal pen etc the pen uses those short refills that cost around 2 bucks plus freight to me here. They died down as a king special to 10 cents so I bought the last forty to give me heaps of short biros for teachers pens ,shock absorber pens etc.The manager bought 30 as well as they showed as 30 bucks each on the stocksheets.
Kind regards Peter.
