" I used it everyday for months and it was fine, then went a bit "scratchy" and stopped working"


The cartridge had run out!


"Have you replaced the cartridge", says I.

"not yet" says the customer, " but "I thought there may be a problem with the nib, so i unscrewed the end of the pen and stuck it in make up remover for 48 hours", "it melted"! (obviously faulty!)

I wouldn't mind, but he got the "how to care for your pen" list with it.

Any one got a spare?
