My experience tells me a sufficient explanation of their actions has directly caused serious damage to your beautiful pen I would then restore it to good as new patiently explaining how unfortunate this experience was never believed making an enemy rather a friend
of a customer seriously feel for you in this case mate hope it works out alright in the end. I was involved in a serious accident a long time ago the guy who suffered a broken leg I visited in hospital he was a police prosecuter and motor cycle cop was muscelled around physically by his mates around by his mates when I visited him in hospital initially they gave me the treatment on the way in. Glad I went the extra mile to apologise he had lots of kids like me around the same age he was very kind. The sequal? in court was a 15 pound fine but a friendship so strong. Years later he turned up at my Photographic Society and said hi mate I just spent thirty quid on a camera which way do I point it.He became a great camera man retired early from the Police force worked as a scientific photographer. I went into business as a Photographer in a nearby 100km away city our kids started hiving off in their teens causing us to worry about future employment and it meant them leaving home after the third one of ours moved out we were in a fix I received a phone call from my now mate Back in Canberra we have a vacancy my boss is away on long service for a few months come and work with me it could lead to full time permanancy in the organisation Long story short I left my family at home boarded out bought a home here in Canberra again and spent months running back and forwards got a permanent job as a Technician Photograher for some years in another brach of that Commonwealth Scientific Organisation CSIRO.
Would of been easy to fall out big time following a serious dissagreement. That man would be in his 90,s now we remained great friends. The key to life IMHO.
Kind regards Peter.
