Yes it is he is hand tool skilled, he and Don Ward are making an article for the IAP about mid June.

Pierre the craftsman who showed us the way with captive balls and other most incredible feats of workmanship. I have often thought there are a few Peters however our avatars are individual and I sign off Nil Desperandum.

Yes, I am the one who posted these pics on the American forum, I love to use hand tools.

I already showed and wrote about these pens on Penturners UK and displayed the last photo, the twisted hex, here , with multifaceted reactions from our beloved members. Too bad, the pictures now showed on the thread are not the original ones, due to the forum's recent problems I suppose.

Yup not me mate, I too like to use hand tools but only when making square boxes but Pierre--- is probably better skilled than me I think he might have been a luthier in a previous life

Ah yes, quite probably. People who were luthiers in a previous life are always quite special (there's a few of us about)
