Hi, Guys,

Every now and then we achieve something that really turns us on, and makes the trials and tribulations of wood-turning worthwhile. You won't hear me blowing my own trumpet very often but right now I'm Chris Barber! The reason? I've just finished this gold Sedona fountain pen dressed in a stick of the most beautiful olive wood I've ever seen. My lack of photo skills prevents me from getting over just how nice it looks. I'm real chuffed!
Grits to 1800, plus four coats of friction polish.

Bob.

PS. Sorry - can't seem to delete that bottom piccy.

Totally understand why you feel chuffed, it's a great pen and it really complements the colour of the nib. Smashing.
