Its Been Awhile!

I been a while since I last used my lathe, I opened the door behind my lathe last weekend and found that red back spiders have taken up residence.

Time for the vac with a long lance is needed and then someone else to empty it

I find them fairly docile but have seen the result of a hand turned the size of a football following a bite ,so they command respect around ours.

Worst thing about the redback spider web is it is so sticky.
If you pick something that has a redback on it they squirm pretty violently.
