When my missus "warned" me that my daughter had bought me a bible as part of a birthday pressy I feared the worst as religious I am not!
I could now however be a convert is this is a decent book with some interesting projects

Now on what I wonder can I squander the cash I got as well?

Nice present, amen. I have that one as well, it may have been a present to myself though.

That's cheap?
That's a mornings wages to me, seems like a lot of dosh to read what I already know.

How bloody presumptuous of the author to compare himself with the almighty init?
Might be his bible but it certainly don't gonna be mine.

I'd be bloody insulted if my family bought me a book on how to make what I have been doing for dunno how long.
What are they trying to tell me I make shit pens?

Fine you don't getting no more freebies, maybe that was why you got it init?
Tell me something I don't know.

Admit it you were waiting for that comment init?

Yebbut I'm still a relative beginner Brian, not like you old stagers.

The kids never know what to buy me and my missus caught me browsing the book on line and passed the info on to my daughter. It's difficult to buy for a God fearing, non smoking, tea-totaller like me.:whistling::winking:

And... yep I was wondering if the comment would come!

I always thought you needed some guidance on pen turning Bob. LOL :ciggrin::ciggrin::ciggrin::ciggrin::ciggrin:

Not just pens Terry:ciggrin: Missus says I'm a lost cause, at least I think that's what she said. :winking:

Despite vowing not to I made the mistake of listening to the derby match yesterday which made me very depressed.I'm happy for Sunderland to go down but recon we're both for the drop :sob: One of the few times I'm pleased we don't have Sky sports.

I was at my son's house and watched it on Sky. It is going to the wire but I hope the mackems go down.
