Hi yes finished with micro mesh down through the grades, then on with 8 coats of CA ,back through the mm, then Hut plastic polish to finish.

Really nice vlank and kit as well..:thumbs: done a superb job of that..

If you could loose the busy background then the picture would be as good as The pen. .

Put together a good kit, a great choice of blank and you come up with a superb looking pen .. This proves it .. :thumbs: Love it Mark .. :bwink:

As I opened up this post I had a melting moment such an out standing blank from George amalgums of these two materials especially timber plus rarely amalgamate so perfectly especially close up and clear, your photography is superb yes I know lose the backgound comes to mind but your detail and finish are exemplary to me a kit is a carrier of a means to display could not care less about bling or defaults in kit design overall its the body of and purpose of such craftsmanship as you presented.
