Our area in common with most has flocks of Magpies and the smaller version Mudlarks, they divide into territories. They sit on our outside sheds and call for food. Fresian Cows come to mind.
Anyway not sure of your definition of Magpies Peter the pen is outstanding for purity of definition since black and white are shades not colours. Superb pen alround mate.

Peter the Magpies are a local football team, they wear black and white strips hence Magpies.

No Les the tube was painted white to match the blank. Maybe it looks that way because the kit is dark
