Thought I would share this with you... Recent commissioned Fountain pen

Bog Oak, they wanted a polished finish and not too glossy.. black is a little Bu**er to photograph.

I got them when IAP did a group buy last year from Craft supplies USA. I have just looked and it worked out to just under £15 per kit then (including postage, import taxes and VAT)

Artisan Gentlemen's Fountain Pen Kit | Pen Making | Craft Supplies USA

They call them Artisan Gentleman's and are $26 per kit now..

Irish Bog Oak, I have some Fenland Bog Oak as well that looks nearly as black.
