This is your bog standard Timberbits Jr. Gents 1 in yet again one of my Home Grown Acrylics.

There is a problem with this kit, I wonder if anyone can see it?

Nice pen and finish but it doesnt look like the nib is seated fully in, looks like a small lip and a grove around the fitting.

either that or I'm seeing things..

That reminds me, need to go to specsavers..:wink:

That's exactly it, I noticed it when I put the nib in and then checked to see if there was a small piece on the press, but I couldn't find one so I am assuming it was like that when I got it.

A lovely pen Peter. Like Terry, I wouldn't have noticed the issue with the nib either :thumbs:

I think you would have done if you had it in your hand, I will sand it down and see if it is still okay and if not then replace it.
