I had to make the body and cap just a bit wider than normal to stop the wood falling apart but I quite like the finished article.

One special pen Paul, i love the grain in the wood and how nice it looks after the CA finish .. :thumbs:

Reminds me of the burl pipes were made from old or other worldly mate top drawer grain display. Neat pen indeed great pen.
