Just another Guardian click pen. The blank is acrylic acetate. I had made a Guardian Jr. for my sister for Christmas, in red. She asked me to make one for her friend who is a Michigan State fan. Their color is dark green. I had this Guardian kit, so I went and bought the blank. Voila!

Another nice looking pen, great looking blank, these guardians are growing on me :thumbs:

The Guardians aren't for everybody. But they're great for anyone who has a bit of trouble gripping a pen. The Guardian and Guardian Jr. are very similar, both use the same 8mm tubes and have the same three piece click mechanism. But the Guardian is .625" diameter, and the Jr. is .555" diameter. Here is the Guardian Jr. I made for my sister.

I will order a few of them Jim and give them a go, my wife Margaret struggles with rheumatoid arthritis, so I will test it on her but then she's my chief test pilot anyway :thinks:

Food for thought with the competition pens coming up.

Both the seniour and juniour pens shine through Jim the gripping part toward the nib great for clutchers in that area. I was searching for a word recently to describe how people choose or have to operate pens, there are more clutchers than holders.

Thank you for your variations and good turning Jim.

Peter.

A nice pen and I can see the value of this design for anyone who finds it difficult to grip a pen. Had not really thought about that before if I am honest.
