Do you belong to any clubs, organisations or societies? Do you have a local library, if so go and have a chat to them as they like to have exhibitions and while they may shy away from you selling pens you will be able to show your wares and hand out your details so people can contact you. Even local churches have exhibitions, so more people to hand out your details to. Is there a University near you, if so contact them and ask about craft fairs the hold, there's hundreds of people to hand your details to.

You need to market yourself as well as your pens, do not start off really cheaply, it will only go downhill if you do. Get yourself some business cards if you haven't already, make sure they are good quality, everything you show to potential customers should be good quality. You will need to network to build your customer base.
