Hi Dave, take a look at this here.

http://content.penturners.org/library/pens/kitless_pen.pdf

If you have a look on the library of the IAP you will find allot of help on here. When I gaped back home I may be able to help.

But if you check out this then you should find what you need.

I have not turned any kit less stupid for around 10 years but I have the taps and dies that most fountain feeds use.

Also look at silverpenparts.com and you will find several ideas and they can supply the taps and dies..

Check out this..
Library Index - International Association of Penturners

And this,,
http://content.penturners.org/library/general_reference/taps_dies_kitless.pdf

And another..
Taps/dies, Threads, Bits - Sizes Chart - Pen Turning and Making - The Fountain Pen Network
Hope this helps..

I bought a set of 110 metric taps and dies that has the fine threads usually associated with pens, but not triple start. You may prefer to buy individual taps and dies, but to be honest it's great to have the range for other things as well as pens. They have come down in price since I bought mine, have a look here.

I agree, there are a few tap suppliers but it would be a special and if they tooled up to make one especially for you then it would cost the earth..

Mike and Linda at Indy pen dance Fountain Pens | Vintage Fountain Pens | Fountain Pen Inks | Pen Restoration | Indy Pen Dance | Pen Repair | Bexley | Sheaffer also do taps and dies. I have had some of them a few years ago.

I've been looking for the UK supplier as well for a long time. I have found some 25mm ones for £4.80 Nib/Feeder/Holder unit and later I got bigger ones (I think 32mm) for £2.50 per unit. This was all from Vince at The Turners Workshop. But I think he run out as there are no Holders on the web site anymore. Maybe send him an email?
The section to body and body to cap tap and die can be found on ebay.
The tap for nib holder is a whole different saga. There are no UK suppliers that I found (and I looked!) and the cheapest are in the US at these links already provided.
Uh-oh, I almost forgot, Pete B sells JoWo units: Here ore here
