Kitless aluminium, triple coloured anodised butterflies, fountain pen.

SO.... This was challenging to make! Many hours have gone into the creation of this one, with many pitfalls along the way I have managed to avoid. Crafted from aircraft grade aluminium, and Anodised with three colours featuring butterflies throughout, with a medium JoWo Fountain nib

Thanks for the kind words all. Yes it did have me biting my nails somewhat getting towards the end of an over 2 hour anodising process still not knowing if it had worked as I was hoping. I was thrilled to see how sharp the butterflies were around the edges as my past attempts have suffered with some discolouration making them look a little tatty.

Unfortunately tonight I snapped my parting tool so no more pens until next week when my replacement arrives. lol lesson learned, il keep a spare in the tool box.
