I know that the photo could be better - just did it quickly hand held - but this is a rollerball using a Schmidt refill and Conway Stewart lilac acrylic. The cap to body thread is triple start. The cap posts on the tapered body.

Shame it's plastic and I understand why, that is otherwise, very much my kind of pen.
Lovely job you made of a classic style pen.

It's nice plastic though. I have plans for a wood fountain pen in the near future!

I would very much like to see that, especially if it follows this style, only thing I would add is a belt. I do like a bit of metal at the bottom of the cap.
I feel it necessary with wood to but do your own thing init?

Going be a few years before I have the skill to try one.

Rubbish, if you can do a kit pen, and you do do a lovely pen then you can do a kitless pen.
If you can follow a tutorial and you can, then you can do a kitless pen, push your boundaries, practice practice practice init?

I just like to try different styles - previous pens haven't posted so I thought I'd try one which does! It's all entertainment!
