That's a stunner, Laburnum is probably my favourite home grown wood and that looks lovely.

Hi Ed,

The first thing that drew my attention was the creative eye that popped up in the top of the pen that gave life to the timber IMHO. Personally I like to bring the lower half of a pen to nearly meet the thickness of the the top at the join something I am working on now.

When coupled these pens look their best.
