Latest setback

Well still no pens after my latest setback.
Going to bed last Friday and reached out to push open the door , found what I thought was the door and took a step forward only to find it was the frame round the door. Fell from to of the stairs to the bottom also Going through a metal child gate as well and landed on a tiled floor. The ambulance arrived about an hour later. Had to keep me awake as I was semi conscious. Got discharged about 7am lots of bruises on my arms and back. Doctor said I was very lucky as a patient earlier had broken his leg and arm. Couldn't figure out with so much bruises that I hadn't broke anything..
Still very sore and black and blue.....

Thanks Guys for all the best wishes. Bruises started fading just a few of the darker still showing. Cuts healing and the black eye is also fading away.
Hopefully will get back to turning shortly....

take care Tom, the lathe and the pens will be there when you feel fit enough.
Its crap when you cant get your fix of lathe time, just take care and get better soon matey.
