Went out to the shed this weekend, managed to be quite productive even though our Grandson stayed over on Saturday night so we made a skittle board and painted a clock face too. Good lot of blanks made and wood cut in preparation for turning, while he was painting.

Onto the lathe after he went home and BOOM... :eeeeek: thought it was the on/off switch, as it has went before.. Nope:sob:

Out with the multimeter and it was the switch control box PCB, phone Charnwood and they only offer the full box at £65!!!! :noway1:

BTW it is a 18 month old W821 midi lathe.... :madashell:

Is there somewhere that offer the PCB only or anyone know of a similar one that can be fitted?
