I am an 86 yo pensioner living on Queensland's Gold Coast and I have made many pens in wood, acrylic, resin and Corian. We are fortunate to have access to lots of different types of timber but I am yet to decide which is my favourite. Pens are such an acceptable gift and not really expensive with an infinite variety of shapes limited only by your imagination or following the penturner's forum.
