If I willingly sign their contract it knackers me straight away which it seems most of the team have, knowingly or not.
This new firm don't got a clue, they have never done our sort of work before and need our expertise but they are going the wrong way about getting it.
All for the sake of saving a few quid and being the cheapest tender.
I haven't signed and don't accept their terms which makes me putting myself out of work if I don't.
The TUPE is only as good as the company that understands and follows it init?
Shame cos I did enjoy this job even if it is crap money, at least I felt useful and wanted.
