Paul wouldn't you have better results painting the blank instead of the tube? Wouldn't you still be able to see the glue on the tube? Your blank is quite. The opener is beautiful.

Stunning blank, I also like the kit too, not seen that style before, very nice job done....but I have to agree I think I would have painted the inside of the blank green myself.
