Having a bit of a rest from failure at casting and thought I'd see what Leylandii was like as I've got a pile from cutting the hedge. This is a bit from the last trimming a few years ago. Its a but punky and you need a very sharp skew but I'm quite please with the result. Looking at the photo it looks like I should have taken a bit more off at the nib end but it looks ok in hand.

I like that one Paul, that makes me think I have a load I cut down a few years ago stacked behind a fence, must try some!:thinks:

Had a new Leyland P76 in the 70,s I loved it so reading the title I was not dissapointed I agree with the comments you made Paul beaut pen.

I doubt many people would know that this quality can come from a hedge ... Love it .. :thumbs:
