After logging in this morning, I noticed at the top of the page a picture of a Maple and Beech Lidded Bowl that was made by me.
I would just like to say that the item shown is now touring the UK as part of the exhibition of works made by members of the AWGB (Association of Woodturners of Great Britain).
It is on tour for 18 months and hopefully will arrive back safely in January 2019.

take care
Don W

That’s great news Don.
I had a piece accepted in 2009 from the open gallery.
Don & I were competing against other non professional & professional turners from around the world who put pieces in the open gallery. In my year there were over 400 pieces in the gallery so it is no mean fete to be picked.
Congratulations once again Don.

Thanks Bill,
There were only 300 on the list this time.
