This was done as a request for a Liverpool fan, I was unsure, but the customer loved it and so did the recipient and I got a order for 2 more for different teams

Nicely done.
Any issues over there with Copyright/Trademark infringement when using team colors/logos for sale?

Les
I was supplied the art work and informed that it was the 2012 logo ( I know nothing about football ) however I do not believe that the people selling colouring pages and transfers of the Liver birds on sites like Etsy have copyright permission, in fact I don't believe the Liver birbs are only used by LFC. Any way as this pen is not mass produced or sold as an authentic LFC item I do not feel anyone would enforce Copyright/Trademark infringement. Now if I was selling hundreds we may be talking a different ball game.
If you change 10% copyright would no longer apply anyway
