The magnet does pop out of the cap after a while dad, its the ring at the bottom end.
Eventually In Georges case sooner not later, the magnet stays on the pen and the lid gets lost, all the ink from the rollerball refill flows out in your pocket so you have a black leg and black Khaki shorts.
