I had a bit of a play around, going by the common off cut size on the internet aluminium sellers it is 300 mm x 300 mm or 200 mm x 300 mm.
I did a rough sketch. The base of my router is 160 mm and I’ve put 2 x 60 mm dust collection outlet.
what is your opinion of this?

Or if I make it 300mm x 200 mm and have the DC outlet on the other side of the rail, will be able to get closer to the sides then.
