Well I have been planning on getting a new 2nd router for several months as having one plunge router doing the boxes has been a pain and really slows the job down.
So after much deliberation and seeing one in action I decided to go for the Makita 18v battery powered one as I already have a jig saw, rip saw, planer, drill and impact wrench so would sit nicely with my other 18v kit.
Wow, I'm not disappointed with it either. Delivered this morning and straight in the cave for a play.
Really is a nice machine and so much better not having trailing cables around to either cut through with the router or trip over.

There are a few you tube videos on them as well.
Happy times..
