A recent picture on this forum reminded me of a wine chalice I had made. I have all the details (somewhere) if anyone is interested.
It is 150 mm (6") wide and 200 mm (8") high. Made in Maple mostly from 9 pieces. More pics to follow.(I know you like pics)

Ps as new to this malarkey I'm glad you said it was done in 9 parts otherwise I would undoubtly break the stem as I try and do it in two pieces.
