Fantastic first effort John. Yew isn't the easiest of woods to turn and finish without it cracking. You've done a great job :thumbs:

It is approx 8" high and 3" wide. I did not turn it as thin as I wanted. I was a bit hesitant in case it cracked. Chas there is no finish on it yet but think I may go with Woodys idea of Teak oil or maybe just a couple of coats o sanding sealer.
