Very sad to hear this, first and only time I met Glen was when I traveled north to exhibit at the Cheshire Game and Country show over the August Bank Holiday many years ago. Met Glen there when he visited my stand. He was reticent to turn in public  and was wary of selling his pens to the public. I asked him to show me how he would turn a particular pen and then when he was concentrating on the lathe vanished, returned five minutes later to see that he was entertaining a small crowd. Nice guy, rip Glen.
